EPS Sign Supply provides professional, paid technical service for select wide-format printing equipment. Our service department is built to support customers who value reliability, expertise, and clear expectations.

By intentionally focusing on a limited number of platforms, our technicians are able to deliver faster diagnostics, higher repair success rates, and consistent service outcomes.

Our technical service team currently supports the following equipment:

• Epson SureColor printers. (Dealer Level)
• Epson dye-sublimation printers. (Dealer Level)
• Summa Roll Cutters
• Summa Flatbed Cutters
• Onyx
• Seal
• Equipment purchased directly from EPS Sign Supply (approval required)

Support is provided by trained technicians using OEM parts and manufacturer-approved procedures.

To ensure fair scheduling and consistent service quality, EPS Sign Supply operates under the following service requirements:

• All diagnostics, labor, travel, and parts are prepaid.
• Service is scheduled only after payment is received.
• Diagnostic fees apply regardless of repair outcome.
• Emergency or priority service is subject to availability and premium rates.

These standards allow our technicians to focus on delivering efficient, professional service without delays.

At this time, EPS Sign Supply does not provide service for:

• Mimaki printers or cutters (all models).
• Equipment not sold by EPS Sign Supply, unless approved in writing.
• Gray-market, modified, or unsupported machines.
• Equipment using non-OEM inks, firmware, or parts, unless approved in writing.
