ONYX RIP includes many color management features to ensure that color consistency and reproduction for any size print production.

Using your NIX Spectro L with ONYX RIP

• Swatch Books is a tool that will offer the closest source color when color matching with the NIX Color Sensor. Scan your colors with NIX, and sync with Swatch Books or manually enter the captured values from the NIX. Swatch Books will take that Source Color, and then allow you to print a set of variable swatch patches and will indicate the exact ink configuration that your printer needs to target that desired color.
• ColorCheck is a process control tool used for color verification reporting. Select your color patches and your delta tolerances. Verify your colors are accurate before you start printing jobs! This tool is available with the ONYX Advantage for ONYX Thrive Products.
